On the day of your appointment:
- Come with a clean face — no makeup, sunscreen, or heavy creams
- Avoid retinol or exfoliating products for at least 5 days before your session
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least one week before treatment
- Let us know if you’ve started any new medications or supplements
