What are the benefits of having a laser membership?

*Your treatment period isn’t limited by an artificially low number of treatments as is common in a traditional laser package.
*You have a full year to get the results you’re looking for.
*There is no large upfront cost or credit based financing needed to afford your laser hair treatment. Just pay the first month of membership fees and you’re ready to start.
*It provides a significant discount compared to both single appointment laser hair removal prices and traditional packages with a fixed number of appointments included.
*A membership provides more control over your treatment schedule.
*There are no full price “touch ups” appointments or additional full price appointments needed if you’ve completed your fixed number of appointments but haven’t received the results you expected.

Are your Laser treatments really painless?

Yes they are! Traditional laser can cause significant discomfort as part of the normal treatment process. Our laser uses a more modern technology that is both effective and very comfortable.

How long does my membership last?

Memberships are a 12 month term

How often should I come for a laser appointment to get the best results?

Your treatments should be separated by at least 4 weeks. All laser hair removal treatments use concentrated light to generate a pulse of heat that attacks the hair follicle at it’s root. Once this follicle has been damaged by our laser, it needs approximately 4 weeks to regrow before it reaches a length where it can be treated again effectively. It is similar in a way to getting your haircut. You can visit the salon every day if you want, but that doesn’t change

What happens if I need to cancel my membership?

We do allow clients to leave their 12 month membership commitment if it’s requested in writing (email is fine) 30 days before your next payment. Members who cancel before the 12-month period will be charged an early cancellation fee equal to the amount of your current membership. For example, if you have a $99 membership you will pay $99 + HST of cancellation fee. Fees will be charged at the moment of cancellation.

Late cancelation and no show fee

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know 24 hours in advance. No shows or late cancelations will have a fee of $25 + HST.

What happens if I miss a session? Can I get it back later?

Missed sessions can’t be carried on or recovered at the end of the membership, please make sure you come every month to do your treatments, consistency is key to get best results.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

No you can’t, memberships are not transferable. However, one of our membership benefits is the ability for any member to gift one complimentary small area session to the person of your choice.

Do you offer discounts for two or more friends coming together?

No, we don't, but if you refer a friend you get 10% off of your next monthly payment.

Can I switch to other body areas of the same size during the length of my membership?

Yes you can, once you get the desired results from the body area you started with you can switch to another body area of the same size as long as it is from the same type of membership you bought.

Can I do single services if I don’t want a membership ?

Yes of course, we sell single services for laser hair removal. Please ask us about our single service pricing.

What happens if I stop doing laser hair removal before I finish the length of my treatment?

Depending on the body area, how many sessions you have done, the thickness of your hair, and some medical and hormonal conditions you may see a re-growth of the hair. We strongly recommend our clients to continue doing their laser hair removal sessions until they finalize the length of their treatment to see best results.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my laser membership ?

No, we do not offer refunds of membership payments.

Can I pause my laser membership?

Yes, you can pause your laser membership, we offer this benefit for clients who are a leaving the country for a short period of time or need financial help. We offer a two month period to pause your membership. After the two month period we resume monthly payments.

Can I cancel my facial membership?

Yes you can. Members who must cancel their aging gracefully membership can do it with a 30 day of written notice by email at gabriela.lomeli.valdes@gmail.com but will be charged the current month.

What is your privacy policy?

Jeune et Jolie Privacy Policy respects our customers’ right to privacy and the need for securely stored information. We have appropriate security measures in place in our spa facility to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you. Jeune et Jolie does not share our customer information with third-party vendors. If you have any questions regarding your monthly spa membership, please let us know.
