A night-time skin-care routine should include products that cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize, and repair, however depending on how busy is your night schedule you can use fewer or more products.

How to plan your night-time skincare

Your night-time skincare routine should start later in the day, but not too late that you feel extremely tired. For example, if your bedtime is at 10.30 pm, start two or three hours before, let’s say 7.30 or 8.00 pm.

Identify your busiest nights of the week, your busy nights, and your free nights. On the busiest nights of the week plan to use a minimum of 3 skin-care products.
